INDIANA NOTARY LAW

Known officially as Title 33, Article 42, (IC 33-42) this legislation covers acts by notaries throughout the state of Indiana. The primary revisions approved by the legislature include the following: Increase in maximum fee allowed for notarization; increase in notary bond; educational requirement to receive or renew notary commission; and specific reference for fee for allowed mileage for mobile notaries.
